CCS plant approval procedure of China Classification Society
1、 First, three copies of "application materials for CCS approval" shall be submitted according to the following contents, which are as follows:
1. The model / specification / product drawing of the product to be approved (fill in according to the return list of Classification Society) / applicable standards, list and submit the technical parameters of each specification product (at least including the technical parameters to be reflected in the approval certificate);
2. If there is no enterprise standard for the technical characteristics (product technical conditions) and enterprise standards (state whether the standards related to the approval have been filed with the State Bureau of technical supervision) of the products to be approved, the standards to be implemented shall be specified;
3. Brief introduction of the factory: including production history, production capacity (annual production quantity), product range, factory and product certification (referring to what kind of certificate and issuing date issued by other product certification bodies other than CCS and attached with the certificate); corporate certificate, trademark registration certificate, copy of registration certificate of the industrial and commercial bureau;
4. Personnel qualification: number, personnel list, qualification certificate and experience of inspection and test personnel, key workers and main technical directors of the enterprise.
5. List of suppliers of products' materials and main components (main purchasing place, type, name, etc.); main inspection items of main raw materials entering the factory and inspection record report format with qualified index, etc.; list of qualified suppliers shall be approved by classification society, and shall be approved again in case of change after approval.
6. The production process flow chart of the marked inspection points of the products to be approved; the manufacturing process documents of the products to be approved;
7. List of production equipment (name, model, use time, etc.).
8. List of testing equipment (name, model, time of use, etc.); including which testing equipment to test which specifications of products; the verification certificate and test ability of the National Metrology Department with legal effect, and which items can be tested, at least the test items listed in the product inspection plan.
9. The format of the quality inspection report of the products to be approved in this application (blank); submit a processing technology record of the products to be approved by the factory (in which the key inspection is whether the technical indicators are consistent with the processing technical indicators formulated by the factory) and a product inspection record and report.
10. The factory shall make clear whether the classification society approval mark is adopted. (submission is suspended, and consultation with classification society is required in the process of approval).
11. Quality assurance system documents, including quality manual and relevant product quality control procedures, can show that the applicant has other valid documents, reports and certificates of product production capacity and quality level within the approved scope; copies of ISO9000 series quality system certification certificate of the enterprise.
The marine quality system documents must specify the system to report to the classification society in case of major problems in the approved product quality. The operation process of professional quality system audit of classification society is as follows: first, after the factory data is submitted completely, the competent ship surveyor of classification society Nanjing Branch will come to the factory for preliminary audit and decide whether to accept the application of the factory; second, with the cooperation of the factory, the competent ship surveyor of Nanjing needs to complete the quality management system evaluation report of marine products factory and report the report to Beijing headquarters ; the headquarters decides whether it needs to be reviewed again by the CSQA organization of classification society. Generally, it needs to be reviewed by the CSQA organization of classification society in Beijing for the professional quality system of the factory. Only after the review is qualified can the product type approval be carried out. If the review of classification society in Beijing is not qualified, we will reject the approval application of the factory.
2. Type approval test outline and product inspection plan after approval:
The type test program shall include the executive standard, sampling, test items and judgment indexes.
The product inspection plan can be completed again in the process of approval, and the submission is suspended, because its contents shall be negotiated with the classification society.
